On the auspicious conclusion of Yarney on 21st September, the school together with Druk Ralung Monastery and the neighboring community—had the profound honor of hosting this sacred observance for the seventh consecutive year.
Rooted in the time of Lord Buddha, Yarney is a spiritual retreat held during the rainy season to avoid harming small creatures and to deepen monastic discipline. It is a time of reflection, restraint, and renewal.
CTAS and the local community were blessed to offer refreshments to the esteemed High Lamas, Khenpos, and Monks from Tango, Chari, and Dorden Tashi Thang Institute. We are humbled by their presence and privileged to contribute to this meaningful tradition and the opportunity to earn merit—dedicated to the well-being of our supporters and all sentient beings.
May peace, harmony, and compassion continue to flourish across all realms.
